Who is ROSOL best for?

ROSOL works best with founders and small teams who value clarity, structure, and long-term foundations over quick fixes. We’re a strong fit for businesses that want their website, brand, and messaging to work together, not be rebuilt every six months.

What if I’m not sure which service I need?

That’s completely normal. Most clients don’t start with a fully defined scope. A short strategy call helps us understand your situation and recommend the right setup, or tell you honestly if it’s not a fit.

Do you work with new businesses or only established ones?

Both. We work with early-stage businesses launching from scratch, as well as growing companies whose digital presence no longer reflects where they are today. The common factor is a need for clarity, structure, and a solid foundation.

Process & Collaboration

Who will I work with, and how involved do I need to be?

You’ll work directly with the founder. Your involvement is focused and intentional, we ask for input during strategy alignment and key review points, then handle execution independently to keep things efficient and clear.

How do we stay aligned during the project?

We work with clear milestones and defined review points. You’ll receive structured updates at key stages, so progress is visible and decisions are made with context - without constant back-and-forth or unnecessary meetings.

How is content defined and approved?

Content is defined early in the process. We align on messaging, structure, and priorities before production begins, then review content at agreed checkpoints. This keeps execution efficient and avoids last-minute changes or misalignment.

Pricing & Scope

Do you publish prices?

We show starting prices to set expectations, but final pricing depends on scope, complexity, and goals. This avoids per-page negotiations and keeps the focus on outcomes, not line items.

What does “starting from” mean?

“Starting from” reflects a typical baseline for that service. Final pricing may increase if the project requires additional pages, integrations, or complexity.

Are there any long-term contracts?

No long-term contracts by default. Projects are scoped clearly upfront. Ongoing work is optional and agreed separately.

Are there additional costs beyond the project price?

Project pricing covers strategy, design, and delivery. Additional costs - such as hosting, domains, third-party tools, or paid platforms - are not included unless explicitly stated. We flag any external costs early so there are no surprises

Website & Delivery

How long does a website take?

Most websites take between 2-6 weeks, whereas landing pages can take a few days, depending on scope and feedback speed. Timelines are confirmed before work begins.

Can I make changes after launch?

Yes. You’ll receive handover guidance, and we remain available for updates, improvements, or next steps when there’s a clear purpose. Ongoing work is optional and never automatic.

Will my website be SEO-ready?

Yes. All websites are built with SEO foundations in place, clean structure, performance optimization, and analytics setup. Ongoing SEO is a separate service.

Is website hosting included?

Hosting is not included by default. We typically recommend Webflow hosting and guide you through setup, costs, and ownership so everything remains transparent and under your control.

Branding & Design

Do I really need branding if I already have a logo?

Often, yes. A logo alone doesn’t define how your business communicates. Branding ensures consistency across your website, content, and future materials.

Is this a full rebrand or a refinement?

It depends on your starting point. Some clients need a full reset, others need refinement and alignment. We assess this during the strategy phase.

Will branding match my industry?

Yes. Brand systems are designed with your industry, audience, and positioning in mind, not generic templates.

Content & Campaigns

What kind of content do you create?

We create strategic, purpose-driven content, not filler. This includes website copy, launch content, social posts, and campaign messaging aligned with your goals.

Do you manage posting and scheduling?

Yes, when content management is included. We create, structure, and schedule content on the agreed platforms for the defined period.

SEO

Do you offer SEO as a standalone service?

Yes, when it makes sense. Standalone SEO is available for businesses that already have a solid website structure and clear positioning. All websites we build include SEO-ready foundations by default.

What does “SEO-ready foundations” mean?

It means your website is built with clean structure, proper page hierarchy, performance optimization, and basic indexing setup from the start. This allows SEO work to be added later without rebuilding the site.

Will SEO work without changing my website?

Sometimes, but not always. If structural or content limitations are holding the site back, improvements may be recommended first. We’re transparent about this before any SEO work begins.

After Launch

Do you offer ongoing support or continued collaboration?

Yes, when it makes sense. Some clients continue with content, improvements, or new campaigns. Others pause and return later. Ongoing work is flexible and based on clear goals - not long-term lock-ins.
